I have very bad experience with this clinic (not the care team) but the way they store the insurance and not able to process the claim even after providing the correct insurance details. I shared the insurance copy over the email and they said it was not received I resent again with the details only with text not the attachment still they said they did not receive. I used the right email address. July 14th date of service paid from my pocket, July 15th my insurance started showing active and I informed the technical glitch was resolved and please submit the claim and get it processed today it is Aug 28th and still they did not process. They are so inefficient, and seems they do not store the insurance details properly (or they lie) and be caution with their billing dept. If I do not get any response by Monday Aug/31, I am going to complain at https://www.pa.gov/agencies/insurance/consumer-help-center/complaints-questions-help. I am fine spending my time but wont space this attitude towards their patient.

We first made an appt for four children as new patients. Therefore, the office knew FOUR patients were coming, ages 2-9. Upon arriving, they said I would not be able to come back with any of the children or I'd have to leave the remaining children in the waiting room (which is connected directly to the parking lot). Since this was my first time there and I knew nothing of the staff or the caliber of care, I said no. I wanted to go back with my children. Because of this, they refused to see my children at all. We left. A few days later, they called to apologize and said the dentist would make an exception. We came back and had appts. I paid the highest dental bills I have EVER paid to a dentist. We have never had bills like that in our family history at any dental office despite having fillings/crowns done elsewhere. Our insurance has been dropped at two previous offices so I have been at two other local pediatric offices with no issues. One of my children needed a sealant. They fully stopped care and said I needed to go out front and pay for it before they continue. This was also a first. I explained this to two other offices since and they were appalled. My children, 9 & 5, had a wonderful first experience with Dr. Nana at SmileHaus. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and walked through the check in process. All staff members were welcoming and kind. Dr. Nana was incredible with both of them. The hygienist, Allison, worked with both of my children and made sure they were comfortable as she cleaned their teeth. I will continue to take my children to SmileHaus and recommend them to family and friends.

Dr Nana is wonderful she has definitely deserved her title. She does a wonderful job and the lady that usually cleans our teeth before the Dr is wonderful. Also has an IKEA play kitchen and wooden Melissa & Doug toys to play with which is a bit Montessori inspired in my opinion so love that. Most places have run down cheap plastic toys which are unkept not here! Been going here for almost 2 years. The building is so beautiful and clean so that also makes us want to keep coming back. As for the bad reviews, it may just be that your personality is sensitive especially the first visit. I think she is great with kids. Dr and her employee were singing “the itsy bitsy spider” to the kid. Has books many books for you to read to your kid and you can tell they have really focused on the client and to make you wanna keep coming back. Usually I am extremely picky and unsatisfied with drs and if we were not satisfied we wouldn’t keep coming back so overall it’s a wonderful experience in a facility that’s all new!

We had an AMAZING experience! From the moment we walked into the office, we were welcomed with friendly staff. We especially love the crisp look, cleanliness, bright colors and interactive walls/screens for children. I was a bit nervous about how my son was going to do but the dental hygienist, Allison did an amazing job with her calm voice and friendliness. Dr. Nana has done a phenomenal job with the space, staff and great service. We look forward to many more years of coming back here for our children’s dental care.
